My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Easy process but for me emailing…
Easy process but for me emailing because of constant errors i pay my payments early they try billing me with late payment, i change my dd dates they charge me late fee for paying on time coz the customer service didnt change it like i asked, didnt even get phone i asked for origionally anyways was wrong colour but never said anything so when they gonna sort all this im paying “late payment fees” but ive never missed i pay on the dates i asked to be changed too and they did it for one month

zero confidence in this company
The phone I ordered was faulty so unfortunately had to return it. However, to get a refund was really difficult even though I started the return process within the first 30 days. I’m glad I knew my rights and fought for them, but that shouldn’t be necessary as I was having to fight for what was lawfully correct! I won’t be using this company again following this experience as I have zero confidence in them. I’m just glad I finally got my refund!

243147 - Better than the competition!
243147 - I been a frequent customer of a Competitor (Black and white bird) for years and years for recycling my devices. I was recommended Grade Mobile by a family member and I have been delighted with the quote given and the prompt service Grade Mobile have provided. The quote was £50 better than the black and white bird and from raising the order to the money being in my bank took 2.5 working days! Thank you Grade Mobile!

Incorrect website information.
Order number 243124. There is a mismatch between the information on the website used to lure in new customers and the actual process. It took 3 days to check my phone, not the same day. The website states payment within 2 hours of accepting the quote, but the quote states 4 hours. Any message sent to Grade Mobile receives a generic response that there are delays processing the order due to technical issues, does not matter what question you ask or what option you select on the web form - the response is the same. The telephone number on the website does not work, so cannot even talk to a human. Please for the sake of respect to the customer make the website information accurate so that we can make an informed choice.
