Incorrect website information.
Order number 243124. There is a mismatch between the information on the website used to lure in new customers and the actual process. It took 3 days to check my phone, not the same day. The website states payment within 2 hours of accepting the quote, but the quote states 4 hours. Any message sent to Grade Mobile receives a generic response that there are delays processing the order due to technical issues, does not matter what question you ask or what option you select on the web form - the response is the same. The telephone number on the website does not work, so cannot even talk to a human. Please for the sake of respect to the customer make the website information accurate so that we can make an informed choice.
