My first purchase from Grade Mobile…

My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Excellent customer service

Ordered an Apple Watch in excellent condition . Processed and shipped very promptly . Very good packaging. The watch had a couple of noticeable scratches on the screen so I contacted grade mobile as I felt it wasn’t in “excellent condition” as described . I was happy with the watch otherwise and Georgia offered a partial refund to reflect “good” condition rather than “excellent” after I sent photos requested or a full refund and reorder . I agreed to a partial refund and it was sent promptly . The watch is excellent otherwise . Georgia was very quick to sort my query and very kind and helpful . Very quick with quotation and package to send back arrived next day, day after posting received a receipt of them having received my phone, the communication throughout was seamless and smooth my ref was 232293 highly recommend

High offer used to draw you in

They offered me 250 for a “working” phone. When they revived the phone they told me that it had deep scratches therefore the price would be reduced to 110, I rejected this. I have since had the phone re to need to me and I can’t for the life of me find said scratches. I believe they offer you a good price to draw you in then lowball hoping you don’t want the stress of having the phone returned and starting again.

very dissappionted

Offer price was given as £50 once sent phone in was only offered £27 as they said there were scratches and marks on my phone.I have always had a cover on the phone and there were no scrathes or marks so I refused the offer and had phone returned. When I got my phone back I checked it again and still no marks on it and extremely disappointed that this company are clearly trying to con you.

My experience so far is positive

My experience is positive great communication and quote price was what I received. Would use again few teething problems with delivery via Royal Mail but was not Grade Mobiles fault.

Iphone 14 Pro Max Review

Easy process to follow from receiving the packaging, sending the phone, testing the device to receiving a valuation. Even though I accepted the offer I wasn't entirely convinced around the valuation figure. I thought the phone was in a better condition than the offer suggested. Overall a pretty good experience. 232558 Easy and painless! Recommended

232558 Everything was quick and easy. Day 1 The start of the process, Day 2 the prepaid label and packaging arrived, and package sent. Day 3 I was informed that it had arrived. Days 4 and 5 were a weekend. Monday morning sent quote, and accepted. Good service!
