My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

I just wanted to say I am very impressed with Grade Mobile how they handled the sale of my IPhone 15 pro max from the ease of use on there website to sending my mobile phone, and I was kept informed with every step of the process from start to end. I would like to say "I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive" All in all I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Grade Mobile.

Avoid this seller.

Phone not the colour ordered. Description was excellent condition, it certainly was not. Chips and marks all over the phone. First time using Grade Mobile, more than likely the last! Updated review : To note I bought a refurbished phone from Grade Mobile, I didn’t sell a phone to them. Robotic Diagnostics, pfffft! What a load of nonsense. The response just highlights their attention to detail when selling refurbished tech. Buy from them at your own peril!

Not great if expecting more for your valuation

Grade Mobile were quick at sending out the parcel and getting back to me with a quote, but I wasn’t happy with the price quoted. They did allow a counter valuation but I believe they start with a very low price in the idea of knowing you’ll counter offer - I believe I could have gotten a lot more for my iPhone than I was given. However, I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive. My order ID was GMB231714
