Great combination and very helpful
My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

***WARNING DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY*** Do not send your phone or trust anything this company says. They are the only company that puts "UP TO" what they might pay and it's always a little more than anyone else. They also say they pay same day. So I sent my iPhone 16 plus which was mint. Always had a screen protector and case. It took 3 days just to get a valuation and from £359 they offered me £228! Saying that there were scratches on the front and back. I read the report and there was no mention of any scratches. It's been over a week and I am still waiting for my phone back. I sent several emails and all I got were generic responses absolutely ridiculous and the worst company ever. My local cash converter offered me £325 for it. My order number was 232197 Just follow up for GRADE response below. Again just goes to show what a shabby cowboy outfit they are and not to be trusted bunch of liars. Firstly it's just a bot auto generated response that they have given to few others however they are so dumb my battery was 93% which was on the report activity was a shock to see they hadn't lied about that but then I remembered I had messaged them that already so they knew I had checked it so they could not lie about that and I have sold it to music magpie for £325 these guys were trying to scam me and offered £228!!! And they rated it excellent no damage or scratches and these guys rated it what B. YEAH B FOR BULLS&£T AND music magpie have a kiosk drop service where you take your phone to one of there drop shops and it's amazing the booth scans your phone for condition etc and offers you the money and you get paid straight away!!! ABSOLUTELY ONE OF THE MOST AMAZING INCREDIBLE THING EVER!!!straight away no post no waiting no screwing no person just crazy DO NOT USE THESE THEIFS do not trust them!!!
Great experience! I was genuinely so worried the whole time the phone I was selling was in transit that it wouldn’t go well and im so happy to say I was wrong! I even received more money than initially quoted! So happy I did this! 232624
DO NOT USE TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!! If I could rate it no stars I would. Grade ref 232261. Agreed a recycling price of £247.50 my daughter factory reset this phone so I packaged it. Then contacted and offered £125.00 nearly half. I tried to message them and it doesn’t go through tried emailing them asking them to check if the screen saver was still on once again they reply not answering just saying as I have declined they will sent it back. Totally faceless organisation no customer service DONT BE CONNED GO TO A DECENT COMPANY.

STAY CLEAR!!! Use any other recycling site that has 5 star reviews. I trusted this site because of the reviews but I now know a lot of them are fake. Sent them an Iphone 14 that was barley used 87% battery health and zero scratches on the screen the phone was well looked after for the couple of months it was used. Was quoted £325.00 they got my handset an two days later i received a quote for £179.00 (NEARLY HALF THE COST!), apparently there were more than 5 scratches on the screen which cant be felt with a finger nail and cant be seen by an arms length away. I know this was BS so i emailed them asking to send me proof of this, each email was ignored and every time you email them it takes 48 hours to get a response back from anyone. I checked with other sites and even with the scratches supposedly there as they are not visible from 8" away then they will pay you £250.00. I have repeatedly asked for my phone to be sent back to me and each time i get a response ignoring it and then have to wait another 2 days for a response. I have now been forced to accept an amended offer of £189.00 as this is dragging out and i have no choice. This company hold your handset to ransom and force you to accept a lower price. Only received around 1/3rd of the value of my iPhone, it it did have a few marks but was marked as average. I thought it was a bit unfair but accepted a slightly higher value in the end. The process was very slick though, just be aware you might not get the amount promised. My order was GMB232413 and I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.
Poor Customer Service & Misleading Initial Quote: I was offered £257 for an Apple iPhone 13 and promised to be paid out in 1 day of phone receipt. I received an email offer of an additional £5 if phone was sent in in 7 days. I’d already sent in phone same day by next day tracked delivery for safety reasons. A week later I received multiple messages asking if I’d sent in phone. I checked Royal Mail delivery and the firm had already received and signed for it, but were still texting and emailing me to send phone in that they were already in possession of. I chased by email which were either ignored or standard responses sent back to me, which ignored various questions as they were regurgitation of previous. When I queried the standard response, I was rudely told by staff ‘nothing to add so sent standard reply’. So it’s ok not to answer customer questions when you’ve not met the agreed target to pay for phone. 11 days after sending in the phone I get an email saying it’s been assessed and they are offering half the previously agreed price ie £125. I immediately reject and ask for my phone to be returned. They then say a manager will review. They do apparently but fail to understand the simple request to return my phone, offering £5 more. Disgusting and disgraceful tactics. This is unacceptable behaviour. And deliberately delayed the return of my phone for another day. I want my phone back IMMEDIATELY, safe and intact as when it was sent to you, or will report you to Trading Standards. Order reference is 231950 so you can check and confirm that this explanation is entirely truthful. I’ve wasted time trusting you will action this sale of a perfectly good condition and fully working phone which was fully screen protected prior to sending to you. It has no marks or scratches and is in perfect condition as the pictures of it that I took before posting it to you will show. I paid £10 sending you my phone by tracked delivery, which I clearly wasted! You’ve made no offer to reimburse this cost! And you should be ashamed of yourselves for your methods which are questionable, as has been my experience above! ——————- Your response dated 30/4/25 has a number of inaccuracies within. I paid £9.50 to post my phone to you by next day tracked delivery (in perfect condition as my photos will show, but there is no facility to show this on this site) and your staff signed for it within days, not weeks as you’ve tried to suggest- It does not take 11 days for a phone to arrive so anyone reading this will know who is telling the truth ie you suggesting the phone arrived in your possession on 28/4/25 is a blatant lie! Your report suggests the battery is at 85%, and no where does it say ‘below 85%’. You’ve ignored so many important queries raised and chosen to focus on just a few. You’ve ignored your false assessment of my phone which other reviews have stated you’ve done to them too. Then you try to get us to accept a half price reduction. Disgusting and disgraceful behaviour from a really poor firm with no concept of customer service. You only just sent me an email today with the tracking number today - I am yet to receive the phone and tracking does not show any information so I suspect this is being despatched today, not the same day you rejected my offer was rescinded as you suggested in your reply to the above review. I will leave it to others’ judgement as to whether they should run a mile from you or not. I know what I’ll do in future - avoid you, without a doubt!!!!!
