Ordered an Apple Watch in excellent condition . Processed and shipped very promptly . Very good packaging. The watch had a couple of noticeable scratches on the screen so I contacted grade mobile as I felt it wasn’t in “excellent condition” as described . I was happy with the watch otherwise and Georgia offered a partial refund to reflect “good” condition rather than “excellent” after I sent photos requested or a full refund and reorder . I agreed to a partial refund and it was sent promptly . The watch is excellent otherwise . Georgia was very quick to sort my query and very kind and helpful .
