Very straight forward and quick…
It’s a very straight forward and quick process with good updates along the way as well as prompt payment. Excellent service all in all. However, I underestimated the value of my phone with the premium offer that originally tempted me. The phone is worthless to me so the eventual payment most welcome but significantly less than the quote. Probably a reasonable amount accepted but don’t get your hopes up and perhaps the advert should quote according to age of a phone and average price paid rather than the max for the model? I think so, hence not 5 stars. Order ID 232732
