My first purchase from Grade Mobile…

My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Avoid selling to them - total waste of time

Quoted £83 to buy my Samsung mobile. When they received it, they dropped the offer to £30 despite the phone being in v good condition and as described. I asked for it to be returned to me then sold it to CEX for £88. Absolute time wasters. Having since read reviews about them, they seem okay to buy from but terrible to sell items to.

Order 242901. It took a week for the packaging to arrive, but that seemed to be down to the post. Once I returned it they confirmed receipt promptly and confirmed a price the next day. I expected them to severely undercut their quoted price but they only knocked a few pounds off for some scratches which was fair. Once I had accepted the offer the payment was made within a few minutes. Very happy with the service and would use again. I have received a small gesture for leaving a constructive review but it was not conditional on it being positive.

Highly recommend

Hadn’t used this company before and never purchased a phone online so I was a bit apprehensive. I needn’t have worried as it was all very straight forward! Great to contact the company through WhatsApp and everything was smooth and speedy. Would highly recommend.

Wouldn’t advise using this company if…

Wouldn’t advise using this company if selling second hand. Quote was £125, then offered £10, then increased to £24. I think they rely on pulling you in with a decent quote then not wanting the hassle of a return. My iPhone was in great condition with a nearly new battery and only tried to sell because I needed to move to 5g compatible upgrade. Not sure what it would have to have looked like to get full quote price. Brand new in box probably. You will be disappointed.
