Three weeks for next day delivery.
The next day delivery turned out to take about three weeks and had to be chased. When chased I was told the order did not get despatched for some reason so they would now send it next day and refund the postage cost. After that it still took several days to arrive and I had to chase for the postage refund three times. Other than this, the product is fine and thanks for stocking it.

Easy experience with web order Used the GPH website to order some pegging out posts for a garden projects and collected from my local GPH site a day or so later. All straightforward and convenient.

Order delayed and cancelled with no update
I received no tracking email for my order and had to call three times and email in order to get an update (over a week later). When I finally got a reply, GPH had cancelled my order due to lack of suitable stock. If we had been contacted promptly when the order was made, we would have had time to source from an alternative supplier and wouldn't have wasted time chasing GPH for information.

GPH are tip top.
GPH are tip top. Ordered loads of C16 timber, OSB, plywood, plasterboard, plaster and the like from them over the past couple of years for a house renovation. Very well priced and always delivered within a couple of days - there's no way I'm fitting 4.8m lengths in to the car! In the branches they are pretty helpful too, even for DIYers. Great company
