My car was in for it's annual MOT, The staff was excellent i drove the vehicle to the garage and one of the staff drove me home and on completion of the MOT was informed and picked up what more could you ask for. The garage was Motor Works South Molton

.com or .co.uk it doesn't really matter does it? Google continues to ply their crap. Giving me results for pkr or rupees or hindi despite me being in the uk? Additionally search function operates like stevie wonder in a dark room with the lights turned off. Does google even care about these reviews? Hell no. I've made countless requests and they ignore everything. So happy that chatgpt, copilot and other ai are starting to make an impact. Google got too big for it's boots, hopefully they crumble.

The Great Lodge Bardfield Vineyard

My friend and I stayed for two nights in one of the Cart Lodge rooms. We couldn’t fault it! The grounds are absolutely beautiful!.. Perfect base if you want to explore the surrounding area but we were happy to park the car when we arrived and it didn’t move until we left. We just enjoyed walking the grounds ( in the company of Monty and Basil, the owners two most gorgeous dogs) They really did add to our experience, it was hard to leave them behind!! The accommodation was pristine and had everything we needed for our stay. We had taken food with us and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and just relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening. We booked for the Vineyard tour which we really both enjoyed. Rebecca is lovely and very knowledgeable, she just makes you feel so welcome, neither of us are wine connoisseurs but everything on offer was delicious and we didn’t come home empty handed! My friend had the opportunity to feed the Alpacas which she loved and the whole experience was probably one of the nicest most chilled few days we’ve ever had. The Great Barn itself is amazing and I can easily understand anyone wanting it as their wedding venue, it really is beautiful! I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with wonderful staff. Also a big shout out to Taz…the loveliest lady who made sure we had everything we needed and was a pleasure to meet. Essex has a lot more to offer than you might imagine!!!!

Silver pieces worth a second look

I walked past this attractive stall in Chorlton and had no intention of buying a bracelet. However, the jewelry and the stall was so attractive that I was tempted to buy a repurposed sugar nip bracelet. The piece is beautiful and came in hessian packaging ideal for a present. Luckily this piece was a present for me!

Nathan the Plumber ripped me off, a senior citizen

Nathan the plumber at 850-694-1102, showed up at my home 90 min. late after being referred by North Florida Lawn and Property Maintenance, to give me a price to install a water softener. He quoted me $300 including labor and materials. When the water softener was delivered a wk. later, we opened the GE box and it was broken. Nathan said he would go ahead and start some installation work. So, he used his BROKEN Clutch Saw to make holes in my flooring to insert the pipes and stunk up my house, like it was burning, for about a week. Then he runs out to ACE, 5 min. away to buy some fasteners, comes back and finishes that bit of work and asks for a deposit, after agreeing to be paid in full at end of job. So, I made the mistake of giving him $160, more than 50% of the total cost of the $300 installation, at the time he said " you can pay me the full amount I'm GOOD FOR IT". Well luckily, I was smarter than that, and didn't pay him in full, for a very small amount of work that day. Bottom line is, he never showed up again, 7 wks. went by and he kept putting me off. I finally texted him, as he would not take my calls, and said listen "keep $60 for your time here, and give me back $100. I am a SENIOR CITIZEN MAKING VERY LITTLE ON SOCIAL SECURITY". He refuses to give me any money back at this point. NEVER USE THIS GUY, HE IS DISHONEST AND HAS NO CONSCIENCE!!!

McAfee security is an intrusive…

McAfee security is an intrusive product. It is more expensive and inferior to other security systems, eg Systemic Mechanic. I will block McAfee at the earliest opportunity (it has infected one of my other computers), and try to take legal action against senior members of the McAfee gang. Scum

Scammers hacked one of my old Gmail accounts, created a Google Ads plan charging over £100 a month to advertise a BitCoin scam website. I received no notification that this happened because GOOGLE LET THEM BLOCK RECEIPT EMAILS FROM COMING THROUGH!

Angling direct Wigan

Angling direct Wigan. After trying everything i knew without success i took two stuck together pole sections in to the shop. 15 minutes later i left with the sections seperated after two of the staff showed endless patience and great experience to seperate them. They even refused to charge me. Great service and total satisfaction..
