My car was in for it's annual MOT, The staff was excellent i drove the vehicle to the garage and one of the staff drove me home and on completion of the MOT was informed and picked up what more could you ask for. The garage was Motor Works South Molton

.com or .co.uk it doesn't really matter does it? Google continues to ply their crap. Giving me results for pkr or rupees or hindi despite me being in the uk? Additionally search function operates like stevie wonder in a dark room with the lights turned off. Does google even care about these reviews? Hell no. I've made countless requests and they ignore everything. So happy that chatgpt, copilot and other ai are starting to make an impact. Google got too big for it's boots, hopefully they crumble.

On the 22nd July I had an emergency…

On the 22nd July I had an emergency appointment at your vets(2:40) to assess my dog Sugar who had chronic diarrhoea and surprisingly to me I thought that she had an unplanned pregnancy and I thought that she could be in labour and I then thought to look back when I purchased period wear for her and I calculated that she was due or overdue to give birth.I checked her temperature and other signs and it affirmed to me that she was in labour.On seeing your vet at the appointment I explained all this and she said the diarrhoea was colitis and prescribed Vetpro digestive function and took Sugar to another room and gave her an ultrasound .The vet said there was only one puppy and she needed a Caesarean section,I replied can you do one she said No. l replied what do I do then she gave me the name of two vets one of which she said do elective caesareans. I got home five minutes later and immediately rang the number she gave but not only did they say they do not do elective caesarean’s they have a surgery list of nearly two weeks they said obviously to late for Sugar At that point a neighbour came in and she said that she thought that Sugar was in labour and in trouble She texted her brother who gave the name of Prima Vets and I rang Prima and they said bring her immediately they did a progesterone blood test and it was 8.2 they said she was producing milk and they noticed a dead puppy inside her on the scan and this releases toxins causing her diarrhoea and she needed an immediate caesarean This was all less than 2 hours of leaving your vets and the vet also told us because of her condition diarrhoea etc they don’t think they can save her. Because of Prima vets brilliant work she did survive and so did the Four puppies not One as stated by your veterinarian l believe Sugar and her four remaining puppies would have died if it wasn’t for PRIMA vets.What are you going to do about this Terrible no blood test Wrong advice and diagnosis colitis no it wasn’t scan one puppy No. I expect a reply to my email within 7 days

Safe Plumbing and Gas Ltd London E13 0BQ (Farhaan Khan - Dishonest and rogue trader who dissolved his original company and opened another company with the same name). Awful after-care service!!! Wasted over a year chasing him to sort out issues which are still unresolved:- 1. Gas Boiler Commissioning Checklist STILL NOT completed. 2. Boiler Guarantee registered as an Advance Member - INCORRECTLY and late on 18.10.21 3. INCORRECT Buildings Regulations Compliance Certificate received LATE. 4. Boiler NOT registered CORRECTLY with Gas Safe until 16.11.21. 5. Boiler quoted price INCREASED by £1,000 from original quoted price. 6. Boiler size originally DISCUSSED was for 24KW, PURCHASED 35KW. 7. Original Invoice for boiler: £1,198 (confirmed by supplier) - FALSELY ALTERED to £1,798. 8. Radiators installed but leaking radiator still not fixed. Avoid this liar and scammer!

do not use Google my business to get reviews

If you’re a new small business and plan to rely on reviews then you should know that google deny a great deal of reviews for a number of frivolous reasons. I run a scalp micropigmentation clinic and spend over 9 hours over a number of weeks with a client to complete their treatment. Most clients have never left a review before which happens to be one of the reasons google won’t show the review they have left. Also, note that google will show the review left by the client only to the client so the client is unaware that there is an issue. Also, google will make it your problem to figure out why the review was rejected and to top it all off, once a review is rejected, they will not be able to overturn the algorithm. New profiles, special characters, sound too complimentary, adding images to reviews ( a feature they offer) and the list goes on and on and on. Are all reasons they say “might apply to you” when querying their reason for rejection. Their solution is to ask a legitimate client to use someone else’s email address to see if that allows the review. Effectively creating false reviews. In addition, google have also told me to tell clients to update the OS and apps as older versions may affect the reviews. This is laughable because we have gone from receiving a review to explaining to a client why their old apps no longer work because the newer OS has made them outdated. Ridiculous

Below average experience you get what you pay for.

Below average experience. The hair transplant centre is unhygienic. The staff are unprofessional. They actually have mobile phones going off in the operating theatre. They didn’t even remove their bracelets and rings. They really have a CBA attitude. Saying all this too be fair you get what you pay for. Buy cheap buy twice but not worth the risk.

A good week spoilt

Our recent stay at the Bae Abermaw hotel was spoilt by a minor food complaint that was not addressed at the time and later unsatisfactorily by the Manager. We were staying for a week and had eaten at the hotel a couple of times but on this one particular night unfortunately most of the chips that came out with my husband’s steak were overcooked,(brown & hard) we both started to eat our meal expecting the usual 5minute check to see that our meal was ok, but due to a large party being seated this did not happen, so when we finished the meal and the barman collected our plates, there was no question of how was your meal just did we want the sweet menu? My husband replied not at the moment, and pointed out that the chips were not up to standard, the barman indicated that he would mention it to the chef, however we then sat and waited for the waiter to return to take our sweet order and a reply to our complaint of the overcooked chips, but by this time the restaurant was busy and there was only 1 waiter and 1 barman and they were rushed off their feet trying to please everybody. Then the Manager returned from his night out, we believe he lives on the premises, and sat in front of the TV with co-workers having a drink, we eventually got him to come over and speak to us, we got the feeling he was slightly irritated at being disturbed on “his night off” and was not very apologetic or empathic towards us at all. He did admit that he had heard something about “burnt chips” whilst he was in the kitchen! We left the dining room and went back to our room and ate out for the remaining 2 nights of our stay. We checked out with Eduardo and they had given a 50% reduction on my husband’s meal which was a gesture the Manager had promised on the night of the complaint. However having vacated our room, we went back to reception where the Manager (ROSS) was sitting, my Husband was just about to say thank you etc for a nice stay when he over spoke us and asked for the key back in a very abrupt and rude manner, he didn’t make eye contact with us and turned away once I had put the key on the desk. We were speechless at the immature attitude of Ross and left the hotel upset at the way he had treated us. There are 2 key traits that a hospitality Manager should have, professionalism and integrity, of which we believe Ross has neither.

Went to this pub last year

Went to this pub last year. Barmaid took my order, just one pint. I saw her pour it then she took it into the back room and came back five minutes later...why the wait I wonder? After that, beer did not agree with me, I will never go to this place again.

Wonderful and different breakfast

Wonderful and different breakfast. One of the best I ever remember (called The Full Italian). Imaginative and superbly tasty. The home made take on baked beans a real revelation. I wish this place was near where I live!

Cafe Cocktail Greenhill Street Stratford upon Avon Cheeky cocktail with Kelly at Stratford upon Avon’s latest and best cocktail bar. Great selection on the menu but the best bit that differentiates them is they will make any cocktail if they have the ingredients. Matthew and team are mixing up a great potion! 👏 🍹🍸
