My car was in for it's annual MOT, The staff was excellent i drove the vehicle to the garage and one of the staff drove me home and on completion of the MOT was informed and picked up what more could you ask for. The garage was Motor Works South Molton

.com or .co.uk it doesn't really matter does it? Google continues to ply their crap. Giving me results for pkr or rupees or hindi despite me being in the uk? Additionally search function operates like stevie wonder in a dark room with the lights turned off. Does google even care about these reviews? Hell no. I've made countless requests and they ignore everything. So happy that chatgpt, copilot and other ai are starting to make an impact. Google got too big for it's boots, hopefully they crumble.

Do NOT buy Pixel 6 pro

Bought a Google Pixel 6 Pro phone. The phone has not be dropped and has been well cared for. Yet the screen spontaneously cracked twice, once whilst gently held in my hand and the other time when in my pocket next to nothing that could cause it damage. Company refused to pay to repair this heap of rubbish and now I'm left paying for the full two years of my contract for a phone with a cracked screen. There are other reports of this happening - Google (yes, using their search engine) pixel 6 pro cracked screen and you'll see I'm far from the only one this has happened to. Don't risk buying this terrible, faulty phone. Customer services did absolutely nothing to help and basically said it was my problem as they don't cover screen damage (even though they sold me a faulty product and I didn't damage it).

First visit here on a quiet Monday

First visit here on a quiet Monday. beer is reasonable £ for cardiff. Very Red Neon inside! its not The Yard though but I am warming to it very quickly. loved the bar staff up on the bar dancing. sir tom jones is acknowledged in many places but not as you would have seen him before. Great freindly service.the beer is good too!

Speedy Build - Avoid at all cost

Speedy build, Horsham - shockingly bad after care. Not interested in any issues unless you are prepared to fight for your rights. 6 months after completion we had a leak, eventually it got fixed but no offer to repair interior. Facia blew off ripping out the electrics, total refusal by the company to come out and rectify. Bi-fold doors fell out, took 6 months for them to finally send manufacture to fix the issue! Now we have an even bigger leak, and once again they are dragging their heels. Let’s see how long this takes to resolve! Time to step this up and sought legal guidance.

No customer service, had an issue with a google play gift card where it simply wouldn't redeem. Tried EVERYTHING but no. Contacted google support. Nothing.

There was a young lad who greeted us as we arrived called Zak. He checked allergy status and then brought my toddler some doughnut bite to try. He then constantly checked on us to be sure our experience was a good one.

shockingly poor customer service

Google ads have no proper customer support, I phoned them and got told to wait for an email, with a link to try and arrange an appointment, when my issue is fraud and theft, someone has taken out google ads with my details, I am paying for this. and want to speak to human beings, the girl lied to me, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager, she then hung up on me. them I had to do live chat, and got told to wait 1 or days, and chase them again...

Airparks/Purple Parking - slippery fingers

Due to Priority Parking not being available, we’ve gone with the next closest option at Luton airport - Airparks Meet & Greet. Well, we’ve booked with Airparks but our car was collected by Purple Parking. Odd. Anyhow, drop off was fine. Upon return, it took a few times we’ve called as instructed - after customs have been cleared. It took me a few attempts to confirm that we ARE ready to collect the car (be patient to repeat yourself a few times!). The car was to be collected from Car Park 2 instead of Car Park 1, which was different from where we dropped off the car and we were not familiar with it. And yet, we still had to wait for the car to be brought. The car obviously has been kept outside (expected), some dirt, leaves, etc after a few rainy days. The driver’s seat, all mirrors, radio, the cup holder divider - all out of their usual place. Whilst seats and mirrors are understandable, everything else is not for your enjoyment and use! And here is another surprise - once we’ve got home I’ve noticed that the change we kept in the car (a couple of pounds) was gone! I have purpusfolly closed the compartment where the change is held - out of sight! Double checked with my spouse and to no shock - he didn’t take the change either. Someone at this company has the slippery fingers! Those few coins travelled to Luton and Gatwick airport parkings safely multiple times in the last 4 years up until Airparks/Purple Parking got their hands on them. It won’t break the bank, but BE ASHAMED!!!

Zara refunds!!!!!!

I purchased a shirt/top from Zara in Chester, the first payment said it was void and had not gone through, so used my card for the 2nd time!! When I got home the transaction had gone through twice on my card. I went all the way back to Chester and they said they could not do anything I needed to contact customer service, which I have, they said to send me all details via text message, this information has no been sent twice and still no refund £30.09. Is owed. I will not be buying anything from Zara again and I am very dissatisfied with the way they have treated me.
