My car was in for it's annual MOT, The staff was excellent i drove the vehicle to the garage and one of the staff drove me home and on completion of the MOT was informed and picked up what more could you ask for. The garage was Motor Works South Molton

Additionally search function operates like stevie wonder in a dark room with the lights turned off. Does google even care about these reviews? Hell no. I've made countless requests and they ignore everything. So happy that chatgpt, copilot and other ai are starting to make an impact. Google got too big for it's boots, hopefully they crumble.
Ledger coach trip to Germany. 5/6 hours on a coach with no aircon when it’s 35 degrees outside! They were told on the Thursday that it wasn’t working. Nothing was done to sort it out when we went home on the Sunday. Not good enough!
Trip com. I bought a senior railcard through the trip com app and it has been horrible experience.
It doesn’t let me add/download the railcard, when I try to it says to download the app, when I do that it says the app doesn’t support the railcard. Incase I would need to show it or provide evidence that I do have a railcard while I’m on train I would not be able to do so. It is absolutely useless. I spent money and might not even get it back, and that could even push to getting a fine as well while I’m on the train if I’m not able to provide a digital version of the railcard.Imposible to reach customer service

Pay again and resolve it to be told off some randome worker she guaranteed it wouldn’t of gone out etc anyway big argument and after being insulted off the Woman I asked to speak to Dave G the manager who’s in a meeting, 5days on and still no phone call to resolve it.? It’s no wonder the place is a mess
Never ask nationwide renewables
to come round but thought we would try having panels fitted. They wanted £1000 deposit but being pentioners we did not have that amount and had to sign a waiver saying we would not cancel tried cancelling before 14 day and told we would have to pay £3500 for cancelling or face being taken to court and get nothing Nationwide renewables fitted our solar panels on 16.8.2024 should have been fitted a day earlier scaffolding should have gone up a day before but never happened. Was told the scaffolding would come down between 3 and 4 days. It's still up after 3 weeks with no sign of it coming down. We are unable to get in our back garden. The company (NWR) has been rang at least 30 times left umpteen messages and never replied. We haven't had any certificates or receipts so can't cliam anything back from the grid untill they decide to do somthing about it one person you speak to says they'll sort it and the next person says they don't no anything about it This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy. The stress is at an all time high
ASDA .Late delivery no communication.
I ordered and paid for a coffee maker to be delivered to my local Asda store. I had a choice of dates and choose the later date of Friday 23rd August. We went to pick it up after 5pm as requested and it hadn't been delivered to the store. We have received no communication regarding the late delivery, very poor. This is the reason Asda are losing market share rapidly, customer service is non existence. No wonder Lord Rose is embarrassed about the company performance and he is the chairman.
I reluctantly decided to scrap my aged oil heating system and change over to an air-source heat pump as the Government appear to be scrapping oil systems in 2035. I approached Blue Flame at Penryn, Cornwall 3 months ago and never doubted my decision. The professionalism of all staff has been outstanding and they fully supported me throughout. 3 months later the new system has been installed and despite having to dismantle the complete old system and fit new, this coincided with me on crutches and the workman done everything they could backed up by office staff. The last day both the electrical and plumbing teams put in nearly 12 hours and still remained professional. If you need heating, go to Blue Flame, Penryn, Cornwall.
Customer service is absolutely ace, staff go out of their way to make the evening memorable, particular shout out to Joy the amazing barman and Ryan who ensured all the food was on point as I like my food piping hot! Thanks for your service 🙏🏼
