I reluctantly decided to scrap my aged oil heating system and change over to an air-source heat pump as the Government appear to be scrapping oil systems in 2035. I approached Blue Flame at Penryn, Cornwall 3 months ago and never doubted my decision. The professionalism of all staff has been outstanding and they fully supported me throughout. 3 months later the new system has been installed and despite having to dismantle the complete old system and fit new, this coincided with me on crutches and the workman done everything they could backed up by office staff.
