ASDA. Poor Service.
ASDA .Late delivery no communication. I ordered and paid for a coffee maker to be delivered to my local Asda store. I had a choice of dates and choose the later date of Friday 23rd August. We went to pick it up after 5pm as requested and it hadn't been delivered to the store. We have received no communication regarding the late delivery, very poor. This is the reason Asda are losing market share rapidly, customer service is non existence. No wonder Lord Rose is embarrassed about the company performance and he is the chairman.
