My car was in for it's annual MOT, The staff was excellent i drove the vehicle to the garage and one of the staff drove me home and on completion of the MOT was informed and picked up what more could you ask for. The garage was Motor Works South Molton

.com or .co.uk it doesn't really matter does it? Google continues to ply their crap. Giving me results for pkr or rupees or hindi despite me being in the uk? Additionally search function operates like stevie wonder in a dark room with the lights turned off. Does google even care about these reviews? Hell no. I've made countless requests and they ignore everything. So happy that chatgpt, copilot and other ai are starting to make an impact. Google got too big for it's boots, hopefully they crumble.

DHL poor service, poor communication, poor result.

I thought DHL shipping company had a reputable name, but my recent experience showed they were lacking. On the 3 September 24 I dispatched a large valuable package to Germany, cost £93:19. I completed the on-line application, including customs declaration. My cost included home collection. On the 11 September 24 my package was returned to me, without explanation. I have tried at least three times to complain directly to DHL via email. There is a telephone number which is automaton based, unfortunately it kept ending the call. I received an automatic reply to my email, saying I would be contacted by a member of staff within three working days. To my frustration no one contacted me. To my surprise I received a refund of cost, minus £8.50. No explanation provided. I realise the modern trend is online purchasing. It reduces cost to the company and supposedly makes for an easier life to the customer. Not so in my case. I am of the older generation, that would like to talk to a person, should the system to fail. A breakdown in communication with DHL. Considering my package was destined for Germany and DHL is a German company, I thought that was the best option, which turned out to be a very bad experience. DHL, I shall be using one of your competitors. Thank you.

Do not use this company I switched last year from British gas. Since that time the price of electricity and gas has dropped but.my direct debit stayed the same. I have a.smart.meter so assumed the price.must be correct even threw the summer months. I repeatedly tried tto check my account via the.app and online but could never.get it.to.work. When I said I.was.switching they said I owed them £400 when I sent them my final readings. I.asked why this had been allowed to happen as I have a.smart meter but they said they don't adjust your payments until you have been with them 12.months. I then received.a.final bill for.over £500. No idea why this has gone up.as I.cant access my account. I.will contacting OFGEN but don't hold.out.much hope. My advice would be to avoid

Sent my phone to be recycled with UR

Sent my phone to be recycled with UR UR is a registered trademark of Buyur Ltd 2011-2024 I sent it on the Thurs by special delivery ,I had a confirmation it was delivered from Royal Mail I waited until the following Tuesday and emailed to ask what was happening I was advised wait 72 hours ..on the Friday I emailed again was told it would be after weekend then on the Saturday I had an email saying there were visible scratches on screen ,I had photographed it and there weren't they dropped offer from £203 to£130 I asked for it back they then upped the offer to £150 ..I accepted this as its already been 10 days or more I k ow it wasn't scratched avoid like the plague absolute scammers x

Evening Dining at Swansea Yacht Club

An evening call into Swansea Yacht club. We ordered a couple of steaks with chips. The chef came from the kitchen to discuss what sauce we would like and how we liked our steaks to be cooked. The food was served by the chef himself and in the words of my companion "it was to die for" We dined upstairs with views across the Marina. Our compliments to the bar staff who are both friendly and attentive.

TUI Redditch (King Fisher Centre) The staff at this branch our extremely helpful, polite, and have a great depth of knowledge of the travel industry. Chris Inparticular has a vast amount of experience with regards locations over seas While listening to customers desires, Chris searches & recommends different choice holidays that offer many different options. Also importantly for us the holiday cost fall's into our budget range. We have never been let down by the service we receive. We would highly recommend a visit to the store. MK/SK

Newliston Arm under new management

We thought we would give Newliston Arms in Kirkliston another try, as it is under new management. This was 100% different from the old management,they were on the ball, the service, the food,the staff, it was like chalk and cheese, the staff knew what the food was, what they had on the menu and could not have been more helpful and friendly. We will be going back again and defiantly recommend to my friends.
