The transport was good however what I didn’t like about Googa transport is when they get your info and destination they get you by saying the price is much lower then it really is. I was quoted in the beginning 900$. End up paying 1250$ 🙁 So you should stop that. Puts a bad taste in people’s mouths.

Leo at Googatransport did a Fantastic! Leo contacted me literally moments after I sent a message requesting my vehicle to be shipped. He sent me text messages and called several times to follow up with me to provide details and fees for how Googatransport could help me. Leo secured a driver to ship my vehicle within minutes. The driver, Cameron (Cam) reached out immediately as well with the pickup and delivery information. My vehicle was picked up within 24 hours and drop off with 48 hours. Gooda transport provided excellent service. I worked with Brian. He did what he said he would do. He called and me kept me abreast of his communication with the driver. He driver was outstanding. All of the surprises were good. Will recommend Gooda and Brian without reservation.

I have a hard time believing any good reviews after my experience. after receiving a written quote, they waited until 2 weeks before our car was supposed to be across country to tell me our 750 quote was now 1250.00- total bait and switch, kept pressuring me to book them. Promptly cancelled their services and booked another transport company. They could not have cared less after dealing with them for several months. Business as usual for them I guess.

Despite a previous BBB complaint from another customer I noticed it was the only ONE in the 3 year history of this company so I thought that was pretty darn good and decided to give them a chance. I mentioned the complaint to them and they said they tried to respond but BBB doesn't allow a response to defend themselves without accreditation - which I feel is unfair on BBB's part since they willfully allow complaints about businesses for free. Anyhow, I was told that Googa refunded that customer their fees and the issue is resolved and asked her (the customer) to remove the complaint but either refused or wasn't able to do so on her own. Anyway, I used their service for a shipment of a vehicle to be shipped from Illinois to Texas for only $550 which was suspiciously cheap but because of only having one bad review in 3 years I thought it was low-risk gamble - and boy - I'm sure glad I did because I received my vehicle in only 2 days WITHOUT ANY PRICE CHANGES and no damage to my vehicle whatsoever! No "bait and switch" pricing as I've seen with other reviews from other transport services so this company has my complete endorsement! My rep for this company was Jason Cooper and was very attentive to me from beginning to end, great communication, and even after the delivery was made to ensure I was satisfied - go with these guys - you won't regret it!

Michael at Googa Transport went out of his way to negotiate the best rate on our behalf and got it done ahead of schedule. Excellent communication, and stood out clearly from all other brokers we were contacted by. I would highly recommend and will use him again in the future.

I worked with Logan, and my experience was excellent! We moved from Texas to California and they were able to get my cars there in 2 days! Logan checked in with me every step of the way, and made sure my vehicles were loaded and successfully shipped without any issues. I would definitely work with this company again.

Googa Transport did a very good job of shipping my car from Denver to St. Augustine, FL. The price was reasonable and the service was very good. Leo handled the details and did a good job. He even checked afterwards to make sure everything went well. I would recommend them highly.
