THEE. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. If I could give them 0 stars I surely would.
According to their contract, a FULL refund is due since the order was cancelled prior to a Carrier accepting it. They failed at finding someone who would pick up my car at the amount that was invoiced. Googa representative is withholding a cancellation fee that does not apply to this circumstance. This is apparent in the contract which states in section 9. Cancellation and Refund Policy, paragraph 9a, that there will NOT be any extra cost or cancellation fee if the order is cancelled by the customer PRIOR to a CARRIER accepting the Order.
Two Carriers wanted more money, and those terms were not an option. It is also stated in the contract that a customer can refuse the higher price without a fee, yet Googa will not refund the entire invoiced amount. Legal action will be taken, and their shady practice will be reported to the BBB and shared on all social media. I despise them withholding money that DOES NOT belong to them!
