I used Googa Transport to move my Pontiac Solstice from Virginia to Georgia. From the first call with Steven communication was excellent. Steven found a driver who was available to pickup the next day. The cost for transport was within reason and the broker fee was the lowest of any other company that contacted me. Signing the contract was fast and easy. I was given the phone numbers for both the driver and his dispatcher and although there was a language barrier I was able to use Google translate and give instructions on starting my very temperamental car. The driver was on time and was able to get the car started and loaded with no issues. The driver took great care to ensure that my show car was properly loaded and secured for the drive. Delivery was to the minute 24 hours after pickup. Dispatch made sure to call me that night and give me updates on delivery time. The driver showed up at exactly the time they said he would. I am 100% satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend Googa for vehicle transports.

This company is NOT a switch & bait operation they are the real deal plus real fair on pricing. I got my car delivered last night in pristine condition & in a timely manner. I had done online quote to get my car shipped from Grand Prairie Tx. to Hot Springs, Ar. & got hundreds of text, emails & phone calls. I decided on one who had me sign an online contract & then they never showed up, wouldn't answer my text back to them. I finally found another phone number for them & was told the lady had been out of office but was back in & she would contact me. LOL! That didn't happen but mgr called & said that lady had got poison & was out. Hmmmm I was thinking this is a BS line of crap. He then told me that because I had signed up with another company it was going to cost me more now. I hadn't signed up with anyone else but seems this company & other one was in cahoots. I told him cancel my contract & he said I couldn't...I said but I can & have because you failed to show up. It got real ugly! Googa reached out to me & Alvin kept trying to reassure me they would get it done & they did. I owe him an apology because I gave him a hard time. I was afraid he was going to do as that switch & bait company did. Thank you Alvin...I am breathing easier now & glad to have my car!!!

Switched reps on me midway. New rep was rude and obnoxious. Basically tried to strong arm me into paying more after we had a signed contract. It was a disaster from start to finish resulting in water damage to the inside of my vehicle and the contents. I was told we don’t work for free our job is done. NEVER AGAIN
