Despite one bad review on BBB I still chose these guys!
Despite a previous BBB complaint from another customer I noticed it was the only ONE in the 3 year history of this company so I thought that was pretty darn good and decided to give them a chance. I mentioned the complaint to them and they said they tried to respond but BBB doesn't allow a response to defend themselves without accreditation - which I feel is unfair on BBB's part since they willfully allow complaints about businesses for free. Anyhow, I was told that Googa refunded that customer their fees and the issue is resolved and asked her (the customer) to remove the complaint but either refused or wasn't able to do so on her own. Anyway, I used their service for a shipment of a vehicle to be shipped from Illinois to Texas for only $550 which was suspiciously cheap but because of only having one bad review in 3 years I thought it was low-risk gamble - and boy - I'm sure glad I did because I received my vehicle in only 2 days WITHOUT ANY PRICE CHANGES and no damage to my vehicle whatsoever! No "bait and switch" pricing as I've seen with other reviews from other transport services so this company has my complete endorsement! My rep for this company was Jason Cooper and was very attentive to me from beginning to end, great communication, and even after the delivery was made to ensure I was satisfied - go with these guys - you won't regret it!
