Had my course today at Goldcross in Hemel. Paul was the Trainer. Throughout the day Paul picked on me for every question. When I was unsure of the answer, he ridiculed me in front of the class. He told me not to write notes and just listen to him. ( I was trying my best to learn the material, and my method of learning is to take notes, like many others). I failed the course today but I feel that this was due to the stress and bullying treatment I received from Paul. Just to mention, English is not my first language and Paul highlighted this a number of times. All of the negative comments I received today were in front of the class. Paul questioned my qualifications and ability a number of times. I will take this further with the trainer provider, as I would not want anyone else to go through such treatment.
