Paul Scott review. I'm just being honest
Paul Scott was okay throughout the course itself. However towards the end of the course I had camera issues and he became extremly rude and angry. I asked the two ladies who were in the office to assist me with the issues and they then had to witness this unnecessary behaviour by Paul. This is why I can only give 2 stars. I'd be amazed if my company re booked future courses with Goldcross especially as the two other employees who witnessed this run our administration and book the courses. Both were appalled by his behaviour. Thank you Tony for this investigation regarding CITB rules. A few points I'd like to make. If Paul was unsure regarding the integrity of my exam why did he pass me with a 97% pass? Why wasn't my right to a second exam straight after exercised as this is the option if you fail? I'm sure it isn't part of of the CITB rules to be given answers to the first 4 mandatory questions on your test paper prior to the test as we were. Anyone looking to book future courses for employees using Goldcross PLEASE make sure the candidate is computer literate otherwise this will not be the course for them.
