Paul Norman made the course very enjoyable to participate in. I generally don't like online courses and tend to zone out however Paul was great at ensuring the entire class were interactive throughout the course, all information was explained clearly and any questions answered. Paul's style of training provided a relaxed environment, allowing me to take in the information and understand it and also removed the stress from sitting the exam as I felt confident that I had learnt and retained the information given by Paul.

I recently completed the SSSTS course with Slav Litwin as our tutor, and I could not be more pleased with the experience. Slav was excellent throughout – clear, knowledgeable, and highly engaging. He covered all aspects of the course thoroughly and made the content easy to understand, even the more complex topics. Thanks to his teaching style and guidance, I felt well-prepared and achieved a 100% pass. I would highly recommend this course, especially with Slav as the tutor.

Just finished my SSSTS weekend course with slav litwin and very happy with the whole weekend. Came away having learned a lot of new information but also a realisation that there's a lot more to consider within the whole scope of health and safety.

I’ve just completed the SMSTS weekend course, delivered over two full weekends and a final Saturday. The time management was excellent – everything ran smoothly and stayed on track. The tasks were challenging, but very effective in preparing me for future site management responsibilities. Darren led the course brilliantly – not only was he clear and well-organised, but also brought great energy and a sense of humour that kept everyone engaged. His revision sessions really helped key points stick – I’ll never forget the word “avoid”, although it definitely doesn’t apply to this course or to Darren’s teaching! I did my SMSTS refresher training with Paul Stott, fantastic instructor, fabulous communication, shame he is from the wrong side of the Pennines but at least he's not a Red, would highly recommend both Paul and Goldcross.
