Fast and with confidence
Extremely Disappointed with IGGM’s Customer Service I've spent money with IGGM on multiple occasions, expecting at least a basic level of service in return. Unfortunately, their customer support has been incredibly poor. After making a recent purchase, I was told that they would "get to me when they get to me" — an unacceptable and unprofessional response. Even worse, if they can’t fulfill an order in a timely manner, they apparently just decide at some unknown future point when (or if) they'll help. There’s no proper communication, no clear timelines, and no sense of responsibility. As a paying customer, I expect better than vague promises and random delays. Based on my experience, I can't recommend IGGM to anyone looking for reliable service. Even at the time posting this I still do not have my items i paid for.
