The item was good, as expected, but the delivery company you use didn't say the delivery would be only one part of what I'd ordered - this part was delivered at a good time for me, but in meantime the other part had come earlier so I missed it

Sadly this was not delivered. I appreciate this isn't your fault but the courier company. The tracking just shows a picture of the box not at my house or having been delivered. I will have to follow up with the courier but I don't have much hope of seeing the product.
