Usually all good. The turnaround time is very quick. The delivery is what lets you down! This time dropped in front of our school gate, heavy sand, he buzzed and left. We could not exit from our school entrance, and had to go around to move heavy items , blocking our gate and then wheel them in ourselves. This is 2 bad deliveries in a row !! We are now sourcing our products from a different supplier.

An excellent customer service advisor Leanne Chamberlain dealt with & solved my query straight away following up with a curtesy call to let me know progress putting my mind at rest. This high level of customer relations certainly doesn't happen at many other companies we use. 5 stars to Leanne & 5 stars to GLS I would highly recommend using GLS such high standards.

Thursday just before the start of a new term and a teacher had suddenly realised they needed 20 classroom desks by Monday! I rang and spoke to Karen was extremely helpful, called the supplier to find out if they had any in stock fortunately they did and were able to arrange a speedy delivery. Karen dealt with the order promptly from start to finish and the students thank you! Excellent customer service.
Some items were missing from our order and once reported, the Sales Team have quickly sent us replacements for the items missing.

We use GLS all the time for our school supplies. Have we had issues with their service? Yes of course. However they are always quick to respond to queries, and problems and overall we are very happy with their service. We had a query today about a missing item and have had a response by return and the item should be with us tomorrow.
