The ordering process was straight forward, fast despatch and great delivery (DPD was late but not GLS fault). The only issue was that one of the products I ordered was nothing like the picture and I would not have ordered it had the picture been accurate. You can not leave individual reviews for products on the site - so I can't even warn other people or raise the issue. Loved the other products though. Reliable company. The company contacted me about the paint and my experience. Really excellent customer service.

Really useful website for teachers and educational supplies! I have just bought some resources for my students who require a little extra support in their learning and the choice was extensive and the price really reasonable. I find GLS website easy to navigate and deliveries come within 48 hours. Website has all the help you need. Copy invoices, returns, queries answered immediately and issues resolved! Girls are always very helpful in the event I need to ring them. Great company to deal with!
Having to wait in all day for less than £10 of goods is frankly ridiculous, use a courier that will leave in a safe place please.

Bottle of food colour arrived promptly but had leaked slightly. Placing the bottle in a sealed bag would be a good idea.
