We always have great service from GLS but this time I made a mistake and told them we hadn't received a box of stationery when we had. A replacement was sent out to us and when I realised my mistake and contacted them, I had a very nice email back from the Customer Services Adviser, Michaela Brogan saying we could keep the items.
