Picked up a cargo van for a couple of days and the staff member who helped me was very helpful and got me on my way quickly. I really enjoyed the van and drop off time too was fast. I owed a little extra for going over km's and they emailed a bill so I could get home faster. There was a mixup on the prepaid fuel and they worked with me to resolve it. I've rented a few times here and the price is right and so far no issues.

before renting i contacted globe about the size of their pick-up box, which i was given the wrong size. when i went to pick up the truck, the person at the counter had no clue about the options available and unwilling to contact anyone to get help. had to go rent from enterprise truck . Staff on the phone or at the counter do not know their trucks.

I booked a last minute reservation for next day use of a cargo van as I was moving given that uhaul messed up my reservation with them. I've come to find out that they have the cheapest rentals even for under 25 age drivers. Now I'm planning a roadtrip using their car rentals as they are the cheapest.

Lorsque vous louez le véhicule, ils vous font signer un contrat avec l'état du véhicule qui n'est absolument pas mis à jour!! Nous avons pris des photos des dommages sur la voiture avant de l'utiliser nous leur avons envoyé mais pas de retour de leur part sauf déjà deux débits sur mon compte et impossible de les joindre. Vous pouvez me croire, je ne vais pas en rester là C'est scandaleux

Très satisfaite avec le service. La voiture était disponible même avant l'heure et le ramassage se fait rapidement. La voiture était propre. Aucun problème. Les prix sont plus bas que la concurrance et on peut retourner la voiture même les dimanches avant et apres les heures d'ouverture, ce qui est très pratique.

I rented a cargo van for one day. The vehicule was in very good condition. The prove of my car insurance was not accepted initially but after I handed in a more detailled document I got a remboursement. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Picked up a rental car today and was served by Mathiew! Great professionalism and was very polite and pleasant to deal with! I have done the online check in and it took me less then 5 minutes to get the car! I was amazed at how fast the service was and didn't feel rushed at all! I also had a few questions about the car and Mathiew took the time to explain to me what I needed to know and I was very happy about that! The fact that I've rented a car during F1 weekend I am more then happy with the service I got today and will be a returning customer! Big thanks to Mathiew!
