It was very easy to find the right tires and they shipped the same day!

Ordered tires online. Waited two days for an order confirmation and never received one. Finally contacted customer service. After holding for 20 minutes, I was told that the order would ship out of Florida and be delivered in 2 to 3 days. Less than 20 minutes later, I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled. I contacted them again, and after another 20 minute wait, I was informed that the supplier was out of tires. I asked if they had any other tires that I could for sure order and receive, and they said that the didnt know what was available. DO NOT ORDER FROM GIGA TIRES!

I originally came because Giga stocks the slightly unusual sized tires for my VW bus. Since then I use Giga because the service and prices are excellent! THANK YOU!!!

Gigi Tire would not even prorate tires that only lasted 9,000 miles. I shipped their tires back to them and they basically told me to get lost who not do business with those people unethical

After having a flat... not round tire on my Honda Acty Kei truck, I looked for a deal on a set of tires and found these to appear like the best deal for the price. Just got them today and they actually have a nice tread pattern and after mounting seem like they will have better traction than the ones I had. Actual ride and wear to be determined.
