Ordered tires online
Ordered tires online. Waited two days for an order confirmation and never received one. Finally contacted customer service. After holding for 20 minutes, I was told that the order would ship out of Florida and be delivered in 2 to 3 days. Less than 20 minutes later, I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled. I contacted them again, and after another 20 minute wait, I was informed that the supplier was out of tires. I asked if they had any other tires that I could for sure order and receive, and they said that the didnt know what was available. DO NOT ORDER FROM GIGA TIRES!
