I searched the web for a bf Goodrich El 440 tire giga offered it at a great price and shipping was free I received the tire in about 4 days

Ordered one motorcycle tyre it took 5 weeks to arrive guess what it was the wrong tyre another six weeks and endless emails and phone calls the tyre arrived. I was on holiday with my family and left the tyre in porch for exchange, courier didn’t pick wrong tyre up. Receive invoice whilst on holiday ok i will pay when I get home they made me wait so long for tyre. Paid 3 weeks later then the very day I paid I get invoice from a dept company for tyre with added funds for late payment. I explained I have paid giga clown tyres I contacted giga clown tyres for receipt There reply was you have to pay dept company nothing to do with us. But the point is I have paid giga clown tyres but they refuse me a receipt. My advice is to anyone looking for tyres do not be tempted by there slightly lower prices. They are a clown company that needs reporting to trading authorities.

Placed my order and still waiting a week later for the tires to even ship. Contacted them and I was given attitude and told all times are estimate. After a week without shipment, the company should be contacting me, not have me having to waste my time searching out how to contact them and then be given attitude. I will never buy from them again and I will be sure to share my experience everywhere I can.

I ordered tires after seeing what the price was after I check out they added fees that wasn’t on the first order. I’ve been trying to call for over an hour. No answer put you on hold press one to have call back that doesn’t work filled out the cancellation sheet that doesn’t work. This is the worst customer service I ever saw.

Don’t purchase their tire care package, it’s worthless. I had a blowout on a new set of tires and they said blowouts aren’t covered. Every other road care package covers road side damage, I’ll never use giga tires again and will definitely not recommend them.
