I had my new electric boiler and central heating fitted in January, and I can honestly say that I am very pleased with the product and the company gas-elec Who supplied and fitted the product. The work was carried out to a very high standard and was very pleased with the end result I would recommend this company to anybody who is thinking of having the same work done. I have used gas-elec Group for the last 10+ years and I would highly recommend them. Their service has been impeccable and their telephone manner a dream. All the staff that I have dealt with have been nothing but polite, helpful, patient and consistent. In a world where nearly every call is automated and you have to wait ludicrous amounts of time just to speak to a human, it is so refreshing then that at gas-elec Group you get a caring and professional response and matters are dealt with effectively and swiftly. I have never had a negative experience in all the 10+ years that I have been using them and every call I have made or any issue I have had ( and there have been many due to tenants!) they have always operated with the same high level of professionalism, care and success.
We have used Gas-Elec for years for the safety checks on our rented flat, always easy to deal with and have never had any problems whatsoever, would recommend.
They have taken the stress off our CP12 booking process and now handle it all for us. Email traffic is massively down, enabling us to focus on just getting the certificates in and sent out to everyone.
Used through Openrent to get EICR certificate. The report said my flat needed rewiring and quoted £8k to rectify. I obviously got a second opinion and had the work and EICR certificate completed for £400. This company should be barred from Openrent and other agencies. Rip off merchants, attempting to prey on the vunerable. AVOID.
Had a problem with a leaking hot water tank, was pleased to not only get this replaced but also get the other tank replaced at the same time. Good service and fair price
Very rude customer service staff, second customer service staff member even ruder than first and made no attempt to apologise foe her or previous staffs attitude.
