I have used gas-elec Group for the last 10 + years…
I have used gas-elec Group for the last 10+ years and I would highly recommend them. Their service has been impeccable and their telephone manner a dream. All the staff that I have dealt with have been nothing but polite, helpful, patient and consistent. In a world where nearly every call is automated and you have to wait ludicrous amounts of time just to speak to a human, it is so refreshing then that at gas-elec Group you get a caring and professional response and matters are dealt with effectively and swiftly. I have never had a negative experience in all the 10+ years that I have been using them and every call I have made or any issue I have had ( and there have been many due to tenants!) they have always operated with the same high level of professionalism, care and success.
