Sent invalid POE 2 key, contact support provided them with the requested evidence and was told I wouldn't be receiving a refund. I've opened a PayPal dispute.

Le customer service fait tout son possible pour vous faire perdre du temps en demandant des preuves, des screen copmlet. De plus ils essaie dobtenir des info personelle concernant votre localisation. Decue de gameseal qui se range des vendeurs que la clientele.

So I tried to get a refund on an account I bought as they gave me a region locked one outside my place of residence but refuse since I already activated it, now Im stuck with £25 down the drain

This is the 2nd time I bought XGPU keys from Gameseal, this is the 2nd time they do NOT work. Despite providing screenshots & proof to Gameseal support, they have ceased responding to me. I would share screenshots as proof (so no one can dispute that I was ripped off) but TrustPilot does not allow me. It even says "you are not eligible for a refund unless the key is invalid or faulty" at the bottom of a screenshot I took, so I asked for a partial refund & I stopped hearing anything back from them. I cannot recommend buying anything from this company if its a gamble as to whether there anything to buy from them will work in a few months.
