Quick and easy

When I purchased the game, it was great and safe without any problems. But it's kind of strange because last year, during Christmas in 2024, their website went off the hook, and when I tried to purchase the cheapest games, their website went off the hook again. I don't know what was going on before, and it kept on saying 400 Bad Request from their main website, so that's what happened when I talked about my experience. My date of experience was during Christmas in December 2024

Spiel gekauft,bezahlt soweit alles gut. Key wird zugesandt sobald relise Termin ist ... Tja der war aber schon ca. 16h oder mehr vor dem Kauf ... Hab Dan gedacht gut dauert bestimmt einfach nur ein bissel. Hab Dan nach 7h warten Mal lieber ein Ticket gestartet ... Hab auch ne Antwort bekommen mit sie suchen Mal ich soll etwas Geduld haben. Nach ungefähr 1,5 Tagen nach dem Kauf und einen Ticket gab's Dan auch endlich den key. Bei den paar Euro die ich gepaart habe weil ich hier und nicht woanders gekauft habe hab ich nicht wirklich das Gefühl das es das wert war wenn ich erst meckern muss damit überhaupt irgendwas passiert. Bei früheren kaufen hatte es hier auch immer etwas länger gebraucht aber damals zum Glück nicht so lange,was mich da schon leicht ärgerte. Fazit: ich hab bekommen was ich wollte mit einen ganz guten Preis aber hätte ich gewusst dass ich das halbe Wochenende damit verbringe zu warten, hätte ich wo anders bestellt. Ich hab kein Bock den Leuten hinterher zu rennen. Wer weiß hätte ich kein Ticket geschrieben würde ich bestimmt immernoch drauf warten.

I bought the game after its release. Also i didn't buy the pre order edition but your site said even today that the key is going to be delivered in the date 29/8/2025 Today is 30/8/2025 And i got the after a 32 hours long of waiting. I also opened a ticket about the key but got no response from here. I'm sorry to say but i wont buy from this site again

Very bad support for issue from key. Things are very more simple in other market. Is the principal reason that i closed my gameseal account. I most prefer Kinguin, eneba with very better support when you have key issue.

I bought a code for Adobe and the code doesn't work. I get in touch and they ask me for screenshots of the problem. I am happy to send it and here it ends three days without a response.
