I initially thought Funky Food was a great idea after my first purchase—it wasn’t too bad. However, my second order was a disaster. It arrived with a couple of rotten fruits, which was really disappointing.
I decided to cancel my membership, but to my surprise, there was no option to do so on their platform. I emailed their customer support, hoping they’d cancel my subscription or at least respond, but I got no reply. I emailed them three times and still received no response. Meanwhile, they kept charging my account and sending me rotten fruits.
I was left with no choice but to contact my bank and cancel payments directly to stop them from taking money.
It’s unacceptable for a company to ignore its customers and fail to provide basic support. I cannot recommend Funky Food to anyone and would advise you to stay away unless they fix their customer service and quality issues
