The policy premium changed as it asked more questions than the comparison site did. The additional questions should have been asked upfront, maybe that would make the initial process more lengthy, so be it, rather than the setback later in the process. It is not what you see in comparison that what you pay...

The web site was easy to use. But an extra text box to enter my circumstance for claiming that my property, the main building was not affected by the shrinkage of soil due to extream got weather in 2018. It was only the conservatory was affected due to poor design ( inadequately designed foundation) and I have documents to prove it. ( not a structural survey)
