Freight Genie Reviews

We had our own house in sales team and subscription software. It cost us 5 figures to run every month. Since working with Freight genie. We've actually been able to produce over 3.3 times more meetings and totally eliminate a bunch of subscriptions.

I would have given 5 stars but I am still in early stages of using freight genie. I will gladly update my review in a couple months. I decided to work with FG to help my new Brokerage grow. I am very impressed with the amount of contacts, meetings and leads they have generated for me. I really like the feedback they gave me to help gain new shippers. They consistently check in, as long as your actively doing your part with communication and putting in effort. It's a no brainer. The overall cost is well worth it as I consider it to be an investment in my growing business. Thanks Freight Genie!

Freight Gene has been a top partner in helping us grow our brokerage. The team of marketers callers AI consistently brings us shippers with volume which is all we've asked for. Just keep open communication with them that helped us over some early speedbumps. Overall I would recommend 100%

They are fraudulent vendors that has rendered services from us and chargebacked over $25,000 in charges. I would stay away from remotely being in business with them. Unethical business practices that doesn't deserve as single dollar in business! To give you some context: They became our customer sometime last year, and has brought in their customer accounts to service meetings with AI. All is well for first few months, and they continued to upgrade. When we work with a network of customers like that, we don't promise number of meetings per customer (their customer) as we don't control what they sell, but as a whole how many meetings we get them as a business as they buy #of mailboxes for engagement. After using up all the data, and us delivering promised meetings (cumulative across all the accounts), they issued a charge back for $25k over 3-4 months where they could've simply paused their campaigns. But they wanted to abuse our service and chargeback. It has created a massive damage to us as we lost a lot of money out of their incompetent customer promises/practices.

We are a small fleet of 10 trucks, focusing on truckload in a small area on the east coast. Since we started using Freight Genie, we’ve confidently expanded our fleet to 14. They consistently bring in quality shippers for the lanes we service (which are not that many), and we’ve even been able to get back hauls from tough places. Freight Genie has become a top partner in our expansion. Thanks 🙏 again

I work at a large multinational trucking company headquartered in the US and Mexico, specializing in cross-border moves, customs brokering, and customs bonded warehousing. Freight Genie has been instrumental in helping us find shippers and 3PLs who not only needed these services but had real logistics problems we could solve. Currently, we’re in discussions with a multinational shipper to handle hundreds of loads a month across the CAN-US-MEX lanes for contracted rates, and we have many more promising prospects in the pipeline. We never knew finding new business beyond referrals could be this smooth. Def recommend!

does what it says. i signed up 4 months ago with freight genie. from their sales process until the end of this 4th month, with 2 more months to go i have had no complaints at all! they promised qualified shipper meetings and thats what im getting. i had 2 sales people when i signed up. had to hire another one and get involved myself in sales as well because of the traffic coming in from freight genie. they also help you prepare for the calls, help with follow ups (which it seems is super important in sales especially in freight industry) and give advice on closing the customers they give us. the service has definitely been what was expected plus we learned a whole lot with Anthony and his team

I am in charge of new business strategy at my brokerage. I had tried tools for prospecting before, but they just don’t work for the transportation industry and take too much time to learn. Freight Genie came highly recommended, so I decided to recommend Freight Genie to our owner. That was 2 years ago! Since then, we’ve seen a large uptick in meetings with shippers and were able to close 4 big accounts. I highly recommend their services to any transportation company looking to scale effectively. Our customer success agent, Faiq, is literally amazing.

Freight Genie gave us a roadmap for scaling our heavy haul brokerage. Previously, we relied on calls and emails, which took a toll on our sales team. Their marketing channels, AI, and lead generator expertise brought in shippers specifically looking for heavy haul, adding an extra 100 loads with contracted rates from a key shipper we were targeting but couldn’t do so without the assistance from Freight Genie! It’s definitely working for us, will continue using.

I am the CEO of ANOBLE Logistics~ I used Freight Genie Previously and they were great until January of 2024~ Then their services fell apart~ I have told them to take my positive testimonials and videos down. They have not~~ I just don’t want to misinform about a company that is no longer good~~

SPAM…worst I’ve experienced! I always get a good laugh when an email states: “We’ll get you to the right decision makers every time”, yet they are prospecting me and I’m not the right decision maker! Not a good representation. Additionally, Anthony Natale; CEO Freight Genie uses some Kalendar.AI program that generates a new email extension every time to bypass junk/spam/blocked contact folders. I have added his name, email, company…etc many, many times, yet I keep getting these emails over and over every week for several months now. Today being the latest…new email address received is: freightgenie kalndrai1501 (left out at sign at first blank which has Anthony’s name as the sender. I’ve spoken with my coworkers in the same role, and they get the same email spam from the same person/company. Even if I were the right decision maker; due this companies abuse of unethical attempts at communication, I would never work with them as it displays poor tactics and zero business ethics! From reading some of their responses to other 1 Star reviews, they constantly say they adhere to Googles Spam and Communication guidelines. I don’t use Google…but I am interested how to get this type of pursuit to stop!

I've been getting marketing services from Freight Genie to help expand my brokerage. They have been a great help in getting me to connect with potential customers. Their team stands out for their constant availability and their meticulous approach to providing detailed information prior to each meeting. They also actively seek feedback after every interaction to continually refine the process and improve the quality of leads. I highly recommend Freight Genie to other brokers looking to enhance their outreach and engagement strategies. Their dedication and effectiveness have been instrumental in expanding our marketing efforts.

After working with the Freight Genie team for two months, I can say that the team is an absolute pleasure to work with. The level of service and communication from them is on the leading edge. The team is excellent at providing high-quality leads and booking meetings on my calendar. Moreover, they make sure the lead is on the call so that I don’t waste any time waiting on a potential no-show. If the lead has a conflict, the team automatically reschedules the call and lets me know it’s been moved. In addition, they send me information on each prospective client before the first meeting, which helps reduce the amount of time I spend educating myself on the leads. Finally, the prospective clients they have put in front of me to date all have real shipping needs and/or are looking to improve upon one of the services that I provide. After only two months, the Freight Genie team has started filling up my calendar with the meetings they’ve booked, and I’ve signed multiple new clients already. I’m excited to see the growth after a few more months!

The Freight Genie team is business savvy and responsive with tremendous expertise in all the services they offer. The results speak for themselves. I would highly recommend them to any growth oriented business leader.

Their service is very fantastic and the group is helpful. They helped me understand the work in a good way and start implementing it in the right way

"In the last year, our growth catapulted by 900%, and I owe a massive chunk of that success to the team at Freight Genie, and this monster of an AI tech they have developed. One of the great things is being able to cherry-pick clients strategically, courtesy of Freight Genie, which played a huge role in our current revenue hitting 2.6 million. What sets Freight Genie apart is they are really high touch, and they are always stepping outside the boundaries of what they promise in the beginning. At first, you would think you’re signing up for appointments with quality shippers with an active pain, and you are signing up for that, but on top, what you don’t learn from the get go is that the Freight Genie team is constantly pushing us and helping us close the shippers they get each step of the way, wherever they can contribute. For what they promise, those regular meeting notifications are like a daily dose of excitement, making mornings feel like a celebration. Their account managers have been on the ball 24/7, even pushing us and not letting us have lazy moments, keeping us on the ball too. This testimonial is my genuine shout-out to Freight Genie for being the wind beneath our wings, their stellar team, and the game-changing impact they've had on our company. Anthony, Faiq, Mah Noor, Minnie, everyone has been amazing for my 9-10 months stay with them so far. We're eagerly gearing up for the next leg of this adventure together."

I’ve been working with Freight Genie for several months now, and I have received a lot of prospective clients from them. I’m already working with a few shippers that I received from Freight Genie’s AI outreach, and then came the day when they presented me with this one unique opportunity that helped me grow my business 400%, and I can easily give due credit to Freight Genie to enable me to say that my yearly revenue now is about $4 Million.

Freight Genie has been able to add many opportunities to our Freight Brokerage. Their AI-based approach has significantly enhanced our ability to connect with prospective clients and secure appointments, paving the way for successful business closures. Managing outreach and scheduling appointments in the freight industry can be complex while running your Freight Brokerage operations in parallel, but Freight Genie's efficient use of AI simplifies the process, allowing our team to focus on building valuable relationships and closing deals. Their commitment to improving the prospecting journey has proven invaluable, making Freight Genie an essential ally in our Freight Brokerage operations. We're excited about the continued possibilities and growth that their technology brings to our business.

What made my experience great first and foremost was Mary Galindo she was very patience a knowledgeable and explain things to me that made sense and after I met the team these guys have been wonderful I'm very impressed and pleased as well I couldn't have pick any better than freight Genie I am now getting live loads from shippers to work on .it's all much more than I signed up for thanks guys freight Genie.

“Overall I’m satisfied with my experience with Freight Genie. I’ve received multiple appointments with qualified shipping companies, which is what the desired result is. Of course, us logistics professionals have to make sure that we try and close the shippers by giving them great service, rates and a good deal of charisma of course, but as far as Freight Genie’s promise goes, they make sure to deliver.”
