Two months in and very happy...
After working with the Freight Genie team for two months, I can say that the team is an absolute pleasure to work with. The level of service and communication from them is on the leading edge. The team is excellent at providing high-quality leads and booking meetings on my calendar. Moreover, they make sure the lead is on the call so that I don’t waste any time waiting on a potential no-show. If the lead has a conflict, the team automatically reschedules the call and lets me know it’s been moved. In addition, they send me information on each prospective client before the first meeting, which helps reduce the amount of time I spend educating myself on the leads. Finally, the prospective clients they have put in front of me to date all have real shipping needs and/or are looking to improve upon one of the services that I provide. After only two months, the Freight Genie team has started filling up my calendar with the meetings they’ve booked, and I’ve signed multiple new clients already. I’m excited to see the growth after a few more months!
