Empece en 2020, y tras una lesión ajena 2 años sin entrenar. He vuelto este año a usarla y se ve q mejora continuamente. He cogido la suscripción vitalicia para q os hagáis una idea

Man sollte sich einfach an Apple dafür wenden… Gesagt getan… Apple lehnt das ab und will nichts davon wissen. Freeletics verweist immer wieder auf Apple und Apple auf Freeletics. Ein Kreislauf. Das -14 Tage Geld zurück- Versprechen, steht noch genau so auf der Freeletics Website.

Encore un programme de terminé. Malgré les vacances d été ou faut admettre il y a eux relâche quand même . Je repars sur un programme KB 👍👍

Abwechslungsreich und passt sich dem Niveau an. Hilft mir sehr.

Die App ist ganz ok, auch für Anfänger. Anfängertauglichkeit Es ist nur schwierig, den individuellen Plan an seine tatsächlichen Fähigkeiten anzupassen. Da wäre es schön, wenn man hier etwas mehr Möglichkeiten hätte, z.B. auch bei Warmup oder separat für Workout Verbesserung UND Intervall qualitative Bewertungen der Leistungen abzugeben. Gerade für Anfänger kann der Warmup schon fast einer richtigen Trainingseinheit entsprechen. Kundenservice Der Kundenservice ist allerdings echt nicht gut. Die gesetzlichen Vorgaben wurden in soweit "gelöst", dass es zwar eine Telefonnummer gibt, da läuft aber nur eine Ansage, dass man sich per E-Mail melden soll. Des Weiteren ist die "Hilfe/Support" Funktion auf der Internetseite einfach nicht nutzbar. Da sind einfach nur allgemeine Texte angegeben - eine wirkliche Hilfe sucht man da vergebens.

Comme un grand nombre de personnes, entreprise malhonnète avec renouvellement automatique à prix fort. Service client déplorable. Je vais bloquer ce prélèvement. Bref passez votre chemin, trouver une application plus honnète

No te cancelan la subcripcion y te la cobran sin previo aviso. Llevo 3 años cancelandola y me la vuelven a cobrar. Es una estafa

Redoutable. Ne vous inscrivez surtout pas. Renouvellement des abonnements sans accord préalable. Procédure illégale et assumée car le prestataire de service refuse dans un premier temps la demande. J'ajoute que le prix de l'abonnement passe de 60 euros (offre d'appel) à 129.99. Une honte donc. Passez votre chemin. Procédure en cours.

Appli de sport correcte mais aucun service client.😥 J'ai souscrit à un abonnement d'un an mais mon abonnement à été supprimé depuis 2 mois.😱 Je me suis donc plaint plusieurs fois au service client qui ne m'a JAMAIS répondu.🤬😡 Très très déçu par cette appli que j'ai longtemps utilisé et vais donc bientôt quitter.

Me permet de m’entraîner n’importe où en s’adaptant à mes conditions (disponibilité d’équipement, condition météo…) Varie les exercices.

Ich mache jetzt schon seit 8 Jahren freeletics und bin immer noch total begeistert und motiviert. Was will man mehr. So kann ich fit bleiben für meine drei Kinder und die zukünftigen Enkel ❤️❤️❤️

Die App hilft sehr dabei diszipliniert bei der Sache zu bleiben und die Trainingsvideos sind auch gut gemachte, v. A. die verschiedenen Perspektiven helfen.

J’ai recu une offre à vie -60% donc j’étais prêt a payer , j'ai voulu payer le lendemain , l’offre a disparue , je contacte le service client commercial mais l’agent"Margherita" m’envoi boulet royalement et ne propose même pas un geste et cloture la conversation aussitôt Je déconseille leur service client et je ne regrette de ne pas avoir pris l’abonnement

Freeletics has a NO REFUND policy for renewals. I cancel subscription last year and remove the app but the subscription renewed today automatically despite the fact they used a debit card expired two years ago (since when I stopped using this scammer app). AVOID!! Extra info: apart from not informing you of moving to a permanent subscription without informing you about it or notification of next payment, they also refuse to take part in any arbitration process as stated in their Ts&Cs: "Consumer information: Non-participation in dispute resolution proceedings. We are neither prepared nor required to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Our email address can be found on our company info page."
