I recently ordered what I believed was an iPhone 15 Pro from Frank Mobile, only to discover upon arrival that it was actually an iPhone 15. After reviewing my order, I realised that the error was on my part, which I was willing to acknowledge. However, I was also surprised to find that the phone—advertised as being in “Prime” condition—arrived with a fairly deep scratch on one corner of the frame and a smaller one on the other. It certainly did not match the description of a high-grade, near-new device. I contacted Frank Mobile to explain both the mistake in my order and the condition of the phone, hoping for a more flexible or understanding response—particularly given the circumstances. Instead, I was told I could return the phone but would be charged a $30 restocking fee, with no acknowledgment of the condition issue or offer to exchange for the correct model. While the refund was processed within a reasonable timeframe, it was minus the $30 fee. In the end, I’m left unsure of the overall quality of Frank Mobile’s “Prime” phones, and found the customer service to be rigid, transactional, and lacking in genuine support or care. This experience has left me hesitant to purchase from Frank Mobile again or recommend them to others.

Finding a trustworthy company is getting hard to find, then I came across you guys with great reviews and killer prices I couldn't go wrong. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra was described as MINT, and yes, it was. Thanks for helping out the real consumer that are wanting a great deal and 12 months warranty is what made me buy aswel. Unfortunately, the second phone that was sent to me after I returned the first phone was faulty, as confirmed by an Apple Genius Bar technician. I requested a refund and then bought another phone from Mobile Guru which has been great.
The S23 I bought was in great condition. I was a bit surprised that the phone was wrapped in a microfibre towel with a bit of twine, but the other materials were biodegradable and well-packaged. It came with a charging cable as well which I was pleasantly surprised about.
Absolutely thrilled with my phone and charger will definitely buy again in the Future. Pleasantly surprised how fast it arrived and how professional this company is.
I had trouble communicating via email as their email address was not working at the time, after sending them a review about it, they reply immediately and sorted out my problem. My battery capacity was below 80% and I only had it for under 2 months, I got a new battery from Apple and they refunded me the money the next day. very happy with the result and for all their effort. Thanks
