Poor experience booking an appointment

I made an appointment, it was confirmed, and then was rescheduled five times without any confirmation with me. It ended up being booked for 9:50pm when I'm sound asleep! Ended up going with Qoctor instead and got booked same day.

Twice burned

Unfortunately, the second phone that was sent to me after I returned the first phone was faulty, as confirmed by an Apple Genius Bar technician. I requested a refund and then bought another phone from Mobile Guru which has been great.
