I recently ordered what I believed was an iPhone 15 Pro from Frank Mobile, only to discover upon arrival that it was actually an iPhone 15. After reviewing my order, I realised that the error was on my part, which I was willing to acknowledge. However, I was also surprised to find that the phone—advertised as being in “Prime” condition—arrived with a fairly deep scratch on one corner of the frame and a smaller one on the other. It certainly did not match the description of a high-grade, near-new device. I contacted Frank Mobile to explain both the mistake in my order and the condition of the phone, hoping for a more flexible or understanding response—particularly given the circumstances. Instead, I was told I could return the phone but would be charged a $30 restocking fee, with no acknowledgment of the condition issue or offer to exchange for the correct model. While the refund was processed within a reasonable timeframe, it was minus the $30 fee. In the end, I’m left unsure of the overall quality of Frank Mobile’s “Prime” phones, and found the customer service to be rigid, transactional, and lacking in genuine support or care. This experience has left me hesitant to purchase from Frank Mobile again or recommend them to others.

I have to say it was a rocky start and the first phone I sent back, so I was unsure about still purchasing a used iPhone X 256gb mint condition but when it arrived it was fantastic in perfect condition. It was a gift so not sure so far about performance. Hopefully it performs as good as it looks, the 12months warranty does relieve that issue.
Very happy with my iPhone X purchased from Frank Mobile. I ordered on a Tuesday morning and it arrived on Wednesday. Biodegradable packaging and phone was wrapped in fabric. A novel, environmentally friendly packaging idea which I thought of as a bonus. Phone condition and battery life were as described. I would recommend and use Frank Mobile again with hesitation. Frank also offered a 12 month warranty which I wasn't able to find with other retailers.
Very reasonable price and super quick delivery
Without doubt, one of the best small Australian companies I've dealt with. Professional, honest and really good at what they do. I bought an iPhone 8 and have been really happy with it but have noticed the speaker is starting to go a bit strange. The team at Frank have been amazing and emailed me my "return" label for me to send it back to them free of charge (I'll be posting it back tomorrow and have decided to upgrade to a more recent model iPhone, like an X). I have told all my friends about Frank and I will never buy a phone from anywhere but Frank in the future. I've always struggled with the idea of owning a brand new phone for 2 years then upgrading to another brand new phone, then the same thing 2 years later, and so the cycle continues... all that waste just makes me furious! Thank goodness Frank exists :)
I ordered an IPhone 11 (great condition) on Saturday, it was delivered on Wednesday. The condition was as promised great, there was only a tiny scratch on the front screen, the battery life was optimal and still is. I will use Frank Mobile again.
