Repair and service
Forst came to repair and service our chippers today. 1. They came the day after I called 2. Nothing was too much trouble 3. The engineer was polite and extremely helpful As always Forst service is 5 🌟

We have always had the very best…
We have always had the very best customer service from Forst Global, from the first phone call to the delivery of the machine I have no complaints whatsoever. We now have two Forst chippers, first one purchased about 4 years ago and is still going strong and is a great chipper with few problems. Whilst the chipper was in warranty any issues were dealt with very efficiently reducing downtime to a minimum. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Forst to anyone needing a new chipper.

Brilliant Machine
Brilliant Machine. Had it 3 - 4 months now and it has sped up the work since my previous TW125, by 10fold. No issues, smooth to use from hitching and unhitxhing to responsive control systems. Even the paint on the base of the hopper is well laid on as scratches have not penetrated the paint work as they do on other chippers more easily. The thickness of metal voth on the fold down and static section of the hopper are far thicker than its Timberwolf rival 230DHB. less noisy than the TW, sounds smooth. The chip shute is just smooooth and very nice to use as it also feels very solid as it uses a decent gauge of steel. Looks pro which is always a bonus in tree work! I can't think of any faults.

We purchased an ST8 from Matt, had it for 6 months, excellent machine, excellent back up. We also had a ST6 on loan, absolutely brilliant, now considering buying one. I think Först is currently unbeatable and it is Built in the UK, something to be proud of. Well done!!
