Fora Travel Reviews

Fora has created an incredible platform, allowing would-be travel advisors the ability to build a successful business with unparalleled technology, strong community support, and incredible industry access.

Fora Travel is a fantastic resource for those looking to get serious about starting a business in the travel industry. The founders and C-Suite reps are present, available, helpful and reachable, and the training and resources that Fora provides goes above and beyond.

With 30+ years in the travel industry and 4 years as an advisor, I’ve experienced my fair share of ups and downs. After working with two other agencies that left me feeling disheartened, I was ready to leave the industry altogether. Then, I found Fora—and it completely changed my perspective. I decided to give it one last try, and I’m so glad I did. Fora has been the perfect fit, whether you’re new to the travel industry or a seasoned pro who already loved planning and traveling. I attended my first Fora Forum this past October, and it was phenomenal. The event was well organized, with friendly people and an incredible lineup of luxury suppliers from around the world. What truly sets Fora apart is their commitment to their advisors. The Fora Team is always available to answer questions, provide support, and continuously improve the tools we need to succeed. They genuinely listen to feedback and work hard to make life easier for their agents. Fora has reignited my passion for the travel industry. They’ve created a supportive, innovative environment that makes you feel valued and empowered. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to join Fora—it’s everything I was looking for and more. Thank you, Fora, for doing it right!

Fora is a breath of fresh air the travel sector. I am constantly impressed with Fora's training, investment in technology, and commitment to seamless travel.

I chose to join Fora Travel as an Advisor because of the robust training and informational videos. I also appreciate having some help managing the invoicing and set-up with new suppliers. It was a little overwhelming at first, but they truly want to help you succeed.

Fora isn't just about being a travel agent, it's about a community filled with people who are passionate about seeing the world! Since joining the business in 2023, I have met some amazing people who are extremely knowledgeable and excited to share their experiences with others. I'm proud to be part of this team and love sharing my tips and tricks in my niche of the travel sector whenever it is needed. There are great resources available as a travel advisor from booking within our internal reservations systems, to a chat space to ask questions and better understand what I'm researching. When members from the HQ team visited my hometown, it was great connecting with them and it reaffirmed my position and what I've been working on for the past year.

Fora is an incredible company with partnerships throughout the industry, from hotels to villas to tours and cruises. The advisors are trained to find the best fit and prices for clients.

Fora’s training and support are excellent. I am well- prepared and equipped to do a great job curating travel experiences for my clients. Fora’s online community is a great resource with advisors all over the globe. HQ Support is responsive when I have questions. I am very happy to be a part of Fora Travel.

I love being a travel advisor with Fora! I had little experience in the travel industry as an advisor prior to joining. Fora provided the training, tools, and established industry partnerships to hit the ground running and not only to feel confident, but to become successful in establishing myself as a professional travel planner. I’d highly recommend anyone who is considering becoming a travel advisor to seriously consider Fora as their host agency. They encourage advisors to help and assist new and fellow advisors. Such a refreshing position in an otherwise competitive market.

I have wanted to jump in as a travel advisor for years but was always concerned I wouldn’t have the training or support to guide me through the on ramp. That is not the case at Fora. I have had hours and hours of training from how to execute booking to how to garner more clients to how to build an itinerary. I have support on the financial end as well as the partner end and everything in between. I couldn’t be happier that I jumped in and Fora took the chance on me. My business is growing leaps and bounds and I am more and more confident everyday. Fora is a financially sound company that is making it attainable for the average person to be a travel advisor.

I love working with FORA because I am able to have a meaningful career in a field that I am passionate about while still being present with my family and traveling to places that I love. I am especially happy that I can add value to the lives of others through travel. I worked in travel previously, but it felt stuffy and limited. FORA untethered me, and it allows me to access the very best travel partners, amenities, and experiences for my clients. Thank you, FORA HQ, for creating this wonderful platform and for the opportunity for us to create memories and special moments for the people we care about so much. The best things about FORA? 1) Innovative technology in the booking platform that keeps getting better. 2) Timely and transparent commission payments. 3) Abundant and strong partnerships in the travel industry. 4) All the training you will ever need to keep you current. 5) An active and invested community of travel advisors that you can reach out to for support and feedback. If I had to choose a downside to a travel business, I would say that it is that it takes time and commitment to get it going. The travel you book at first will most likely pay you in the future, not now. The effort you will put in is well worth it though, and FORA makes it very easy to see what you have earned, and when you will be paid, so you can plan as your business grows. If you are open to learning and passionate about making other people's lives more joyful, FORA is for you!

FORA is the travel and host agency of the future! Their love for tech and their support system are incredible and make my job, as a travel advisor, a lot easier. This helps me provide the latest information to my clients and the best service in the industry. In addition to being given all the tools I need to succeed, FORA fosters an incredibly supporting environment among their community of travel advisors. I cannot imagine myself working with another host agency.

Fora is amazing! HQ is phenomenal-there are so many trainings that you could fill your calendar up day to day but can also view the trainings on your own time. I love the community-I really feel like everyone is rooting for and helping each other. So many people sharing so many great ideas.

Fora is continually building out tools, partnerships and experiences in a way that’s a win for advisors, suppliers and clients. They continue to nurture and grow a thriving community and are committed to meaningful and plentiful training programs.

Fora is growing fast and making a name for themselves in the industry for good reason, what they’re doing is working! They empower their advisors with tools and training and are constantly making improvements to their platform and industry partnerships

Fora is a perfect way to plan trips. It just keeps evolving and getting better and better. So helpful and really great perks on bookings.

Fora offers outstanding training and cutting-edge technology for advisors. The company places an emphasis on empowering advisors to build successful businesses and ensures that the client experience is always the main focus. Fora also fosters a fantastic organizational culture, with strong leadership setting the tone throughout the entire company.

I am thrilled with my decision to become a certified travel advisor with Fora! Fora travel advisors have access to a highly robust training library, as well as an extremely diverse and knowledgeable community of advisors who are from and have traveled all over the world. This global network, along with a smart, innovative, and accomplished leadership team, allow Fora travel advisors to be the best in the industry.

I’ve been with Fora for over a year, and I have been extremely impressed with the community culture and support that we receive as advisors. They are constantly creating new content so we can grow our knowledge base, as well as top notch materials that we can utilize with clients. This gives me an edge because I feel so much more confident and equipped to do my job well. Additionally, Fora is constantly forming new travel partnerships, which creates a stronger network for myself and my clients. I also appreciate that the culture of the company is to always do the right thing for the client. It makes me feel really proud when I call a new travel partner, and they are pleased to hear that I work with Fora. I can definitely say after a year that I made the right decision!

I love the amount and depth of training provided by Fora. Fora also has connections with so many preferred partner hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and flights which makes planning trips so easy. The back office is super techy, smart and continuing to improve every month.
