wanted some white trainers and was told the convers trainers were comfy so i went for it, Arrived today tried them on very comfy and stylish i now want a pair in black

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Avoid this company. Placed an order. Paid almost £500. Courier returned the parcel back apparently my address was wrong. It’s not. These jokers say it’s out of their hands. Now I have to wait weeks for a refund. Absolute scam artists. Ordered with JD. next day delivery Avoid this company In reply to your reply. That is INCORRECT and it was confirmed via messages with your customer service the address was correct. So please don’t reply with lies. You are a scam company and I want an immediate refund. Look at the messages sent to your inbox. Address was correct. You use cheap couriers. There was a road diversion and I assume the lazy driver couldn’t be bothered to drive round so marked it incorrect The fact you have cheek to lie in your reply on here shows how bad your customer service is. And I’m still none the wiser as to when I get my money refunded? You assume customers have £500 lying around to spend on clothes they don’t receive? Just checked ORIGINAL order. Address absolutely correct. Why are you lying? And I must wait up to 10 days for a refund. Do not use this company
