I was given dates I could expect delivery but got nothing. I asked three times and was told different dates three times. Finally it arrived. I’d rather not deal with that experience again. It took a month.

Ordered a Bottle of Whiskey on June 3, 2025. 2 weeks later no whiskey and no communication. After an email from me, I did receive a response. 2 more weeks and I was informed this whiskey was out of stock and I would receive a refund. Poor customer service as it should not take so long to know you don't have what you advertised!

They aren’t the fastest at shipping but it came in a couple weeks and was delivered safely and packaged well.

I live in Virginia. The whole process was smooth with no issues. Ordering was easy and got notifications when my order shipped with tracking. Packaging was good and no issues with my bottles. I would order again and I would recommend to anyone else to order from them.

Excellent Customer Service!

Placed an order for Buffalo Trace Bourbon. I paid additional money to insure The package. Order was shipped via UPS. While on the way to my residence, the package was damaged and UPS advised that the package was destroyed and Folsom wine &spirits would be advised. I didn’t receive a response from Folsom Wine &spirits. I attempted to call two numbers I found and one is disconnected and the other has a full voicemail box and no one answers. I sent an email to their contact email and received no answer back. After two weeks I sent a second email and still no response. I had done other business with this company in the past, but will find someone more responsible to give my business to.

The deals are great and they make sure your order is correct .

I would rate this a zero if I could. It took two weeks to even start the shipment. It took three weeks to receive it.

I purchased Appleton Estate Joy Anniversary Blend 25 Year Old Rum. They had the best “real” price and shipped it promptly. Happy with my purchase and Folsom!

It was awesome. Can’t really find the whiskey I wanted locally, so I ordered from Folsom. Great price, awesome packaging and reasonable price. Loved it and will use it again.
