I like that you stock the grappa I like. But it took a couple of months to receive. I called and left several messages and never heard back from you. I'm the past when I left messages you responded in a timely manner.

Order number 27211 I ordered May 15th 2025 and now it’s June12th and they didn’t ship or deliver my order they Emailed me saying it’s getting shipped out sometime this week i think this is very disappointing to a paying customer never again.😭😭😭😭😭

Super scammy, I bought a difficult to find whiskey and it says "shipping in 3-5 business days." I bought it on Saturday. So the following Friday, I sent an email asking if there was an update on the shipping. I got a reply from someone named "Hritu" that they were looking into it. I gave them another couple business days, followed up again. They said it would be shipping by the end of the week. Well, today's another Friday and it's been just over 2 full weeks since I purchased the product, ZERO updates from the company, and I'm just going to request a refund from my credit card. This was a $270 whiskey, so not cheap. Pretty bummed.
Told me my order would be 3 - 5 business days. Took over a month.
Ordered some top shelf bourbon, received and perfectly packed the only issue is that took almost 3 weeks for the delivery, I ordered for a special occasion and didn't make it on time, maybe next time.
Good service, they have all ways done a good job. I have only had a issue with one item it was leaking, and the product bad.

Just received an email saying they're not going to honor the free shipping code (it was on their site!!!) for my order & want an additional $30. I called their phone number - it's a Google Voice number - & left a message. Waiting for them to cancel my order .............
I have never received my shipment. I just looked up the UPS tracking and it notes that UPS return box because of damage.
