Buffalo Trace bourbon order not received
Placed an order for Buffalo Trace Bourbon. I paid additional money to insure The package. Order was shipped via UPS. While on the way to my residence, the package was damaged and UPS advised that the package was destroyed and Folsom wine &spirits would be advised. I didn’t receive a response from Folsom Wine &spirits. I attempted to call two numbers I found and one is disconnected and the other has a full voicemail box and no one answers. I sent an email to their contact email and received no answer back. After two weeks I sent a second email and still no response. I had done other business with this company in the past, but will find someone more responsible to give my business to.
